Shipping policy

All orders placed with happytruckmonth.com are subject to a 1-4 business day processing window prior to shipment- in our case, "Trucking".

All orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (without tracking) or, USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking).

Once orders are shipped, here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

Standard Shipping:

Once processed, delivery in Continental US:  2-5 Business Days (estimated)

AK, HI, US territories plus, and International Delivery: Currently Unavailable

When your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (if available). You will also receive a delivery confirmation email when your order has been scanned as "Delivered" (if available).

Shipping Details: 

  1. Changes to your order: Once your order is processed, we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.

  2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier. If your order was shipped via USPS First-Class mail and was not received, please let us know at honk@happytruckmonth.com. Things happen- and we can probably fix it. 

  4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim. Products returned to us are subject to review for refund eligibility. All refund requested items must be returned to us in original condition in the original packaging. If refund eligible, you will receive a refund notification email sent to the email address associated with the Order Number. Please note: 1) Original destination shipping charges are not refundable and that amount will be deducted from your eligible refund. 2) Individual, singular orders of Happy Truck Month Bumper Stickers, Vinyl Transfer Decals, and Embroidered Badge Patches are shipped via USPS First-Class service and those products carry our "No hassle, Quality Guarantee"- We will send a replacement if damaged during transit. Things happen. Please let us know at honk@happytruckmonth.com with your Order Number. 

  5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers, only available for USPS Ground Advantage service shipments, can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate. 

  6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return or exchange, we will cover your return shipping costs for return eligible Happy Truck Month products. For return eligible products, please use the provided "RETURNS" link button on our website's returns footer policy page to initiate process. If product(s) is/are return eligible, please print the supplied return label, affix to original packaging over the original shipping label sent to you and mail back to us. All returned products are subject to review to determine refund or exchange eligibility. Please note: Original destination shipping charges are not refundable and that amount will be deducted from your eligible refund.

  7. Our fulfillment: Happy Truck Month orders ship from our HTM GARAGE in Austin, Texas.
