Something wrong with your order? Let's fix that! "Happy" is the first word in all of this, our number one policy, and that's how we roll.

We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on eligible products that haven't been used and are returned in the same original packaging. To start a return or exchange, please have your Order Number and use the "RETURNS" button link on this page to initiate return process. 

Please note: Returns are not available for Happy Truck Month products shipped to customers via USPS First-Class. These products, when shipped alone, include Bumper Stickers, Vinyl Transfer Decals, and Embroidered Badge Patches. Here's why: We use USPS First-Class delivery service for these small and light weight quality products to keep shipping costs reasonable. However, tracking is unavailable with this delivery service. Please reach out to honk@happytruckmonth.com if your order hasn't arrived by our estimated window of delivery. We can fix it- just honk at us.

Returns & Exchanges Details 

  1. Return shipping costs: Happy Truck Month will cover return postage costs. Please use "RETURNS" button link provided above to initiate return process. Please print return shipping label and affix over the original shipping label on original packaging and mail back to us.

  2. Refunds and Exchanges: Exchanges and eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and reviewing the returned order. Please note: 1) Eligible refunds and exchanges will only be applied to products returned in original condition and packaging and are subject to review. 2) Original destination shipping charges are not refundable and that amount will be deducted from your eligible refund. Processing eligible refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
